Small group session 4-6 

At the Ferrers Centre for Arts and Crafts, Staunton Hall, Ashby de la Zouch, LE65 1RU

All the materials needed for the day are provided, Spend the day with me painting, learning and socialising with a small group of friendly artists and take home your own original colourful Alpaca painting on canvas. This workshop is suitable for beginners and improvers alike. We will cover colour mixing, mark making, layering and glazing, to create a fabulous original painting. I have plenty of reference photographs and we will work through the painting step by step, with demonstrations throughout.

We begin at 10 am and paint till 3 pm with breaks for coffee and cake, and lunch. There are amazing lunch options at the Stables Cafe and the Staunton Deli which are onsite. Alternatively please feel free to bring a packed lunch.

These workshops are always lighthearted and fun, with plenty of laughs. Our location at the Ferrers Centre gives you an opportunity to relax away from it all.

Wear clothing that can cope with an accidental splash of paint, and get ready to have fun, relax and learn.

These classes are suitable for 18 and over. Please be advised that the workshop is upstairs at the centre.
