A Red Deer Stag in Acrylics
This is a new piece this week using acrylics. When I saw the photograph of this beautiful stag I just had to try and paint him. I feel another trip to the deer at Calke Abbey is in order! Or maybe Bradgate Valley. I took this painting on a day out yesterday , as i was live painting at the local garden centre - which was a beautiful experience and I finished this boy and named him ‘Inquisitive’.
