FAQ

1) What is a certificate of authenticity? These are paper documentation , signed by the artist, which provides provenance for each original piece of work. I create my own certificates/ These detail the particulars of the painting, are attatched to the back of the painting and should remain affixed

2) Why are your paintings different prices? My prices are dependent on the size and medium of each piece.

3) How long does it take to ship my new painting? I generally ship withing three working days of purchase. I will get in touch with a shipping date and tracking information.

4) What is the shipping time? My preferred courier is Parcelforce, and shipping within the UK is an overnight service. Internationally, couriers and shipping times vary, htransit time is typically 2-3 days. Customs clearance in the receiving country may add days to the delivery timeline.

5) Who is responsible for any international custom clearance chanrges/vat? These charges are payable by the recipient, and I always advise checking these before ordering
